Charters & Rates

Tidal Tales Charters provides inshore fishing adventures across the Cape Fear River fishing for flounder, red and black drum, sheepshead, and spotted sea trout in Carolina Beach, NC.

We currently offer the following charter packages:

Adults

1-3 Adults may venture with Tidal Tales for their angling experience. If you do imbibe during your journey, please do so responsibly.

Families

2 Adults and up to 2 children can comfortably aboard the N’cyens.

Larger Parties

Tidal Tales provides coordination to utilize other local captains to accomodate larger parties.

All charters are provided with rods, reels, and tackle, along with bait and ice. Most charters are half-day, but we are flexible and go longer when the gettin’s good. Please bring what you’d like for drinks and snacks and check out our FAQs page for anything else before your trip.

Rates & Policies:

Charter Rates:

  • Half-day charters: $500*

  • 5 Hour Charters: $600*

  • 6 Hour Charters: $700*

* While gratuity is not expected, it is greatly appreciated.

Cancellations:

To avoid a 20% fee all cancellations must be at least 1 week in advance. No shows will be charged in full.

Inclement Weather:

All charters canceled due to inclement weather receive full refunds.
